Mascara Monday: L’Oreal Voluminous Lash Out Butterfly

A new mascara review every week!

Welcome to my FIRST Mascara Monday! I am completely obsessed with mascara and I figured it’s about time I share my wealth of mascara experience (read: excuse to buy MORE mascara) with you all! That being said, if YOU have seen a new mascara around that you are curious about, let me know! I will try it out for you!

After having seen L’Oreal Lash Our Butterfly mascara in a magazine, I was totally intrigued by the brush design.

Two rows of bristles are like a comb and the other half that brush is like a more a regular silicone mascara wand.

I am happy to report that it did not disappoint! I LOVE the comb feature on this mascara wand. It gives you so much control to make long, full looking lashes, without all the clumping other brushes don’t prevent. You can definitely layer it on to make your eyelashes as bold as you want without having worry about them getting all sorts of tacky and clumped together.

As with almost all L’Oreal Voluminous mascaras, it doesn’t seem to flake off and lasts all day.

I would absolutely recommend this mascara!

Curious about a new mascara? Let me know! I will review it for you!

I’m so glad to see this! I contemplated this mascara TODAY at Walgreens but I’m always hesitant to try new products. I have a question, in your photo did you just have the new mascara on and no primer? And could we have a “before” pic of your eyelashes to really see what the mascara did?
    Thanks, I love your site!

Thanks for reading! I did not use primer. Just a couple quick coats of mascara. I will get a before picture up tomorrow, thanks for the suggestion!

I’ve never tried it or even heard of it. Where is it from? I’d love to give it a try myself. Thanks for reading!
