This cream bronzer is an expensive little item. $48 is a lot of money for one, single makeup item! So before you go out and drop all that cash on a Chanel bronzer. You gotta know, is it worth the hype?
I have dry skin, and this product never leaves my skin feeling dry, nor does it cling to the dry patches.
There is a lot of product in the container and a little goes a long way. It will last for a long time.
It’s super blendable! Seriously, it blends like a dream. It takes so little effort and time to get areally pretty, well blended bronze.
Its so easy to apply. I usually use my Beauty Blender or foundation brush and it goes on quickly and smoothly.
The color is really pretty. It is warm, but not orange and shimmer free so it looks soft and natural.
It really feels luxurious. The packaging, the light scent, the feel of it. It feels like a luxury item and I’m into that.
It is not for all skin tones. It only comes in one color, and if you have darker skin it probably won’t do too much for you.
In my opinion, and I could be wrong, I just feel like it’s too warm for a contour and that’s a huge bummer to me. I really wanted it to be my go to cream contour, but no go.
So is it worth the hype?
For me, it’s a yes. I use this almost every day because it is so quick and easy to apply. The colorand warmth it brings to my face is natural and glowing. I will absolutely repurchase this product…in like a year or two when I finish of the original.
