Beauty Uses for Apple Cider Vinegar

Here are my top 5 favorite beauty uses for apple cider vinegar. These are super simple uses that don’t require a lot of ingredients or time in the kitchen. I hope you love them!

1. Skin Toner

Simply apply a few drops to a cotton ball rub onto your face to reduce inflammation and redness. This is great for dry skin.

2. Bath Soak

Add a 2-3 tablespoons into a warm bath. The vinegar helps to draw out toxins and leaves skin moisturized and tones.

3. Teeth Whitener

Some teeth whiteners can be harsh, but swishing with apple cider vinegar is a natural way to remove stains, whiten teeth, kill bacteria, and improve breath. Brush as normal after swishing.

4. Alleviate Sunburn

Applying an apple cider vinegar soaked wash cloth to a sunburn can help reduce pain as well as minimize peeling.

5. Age Spots

To minimize the appearance of age spots, apply to darkened spots with a cotton ball, and leave on over night.

One of the best uses is as a creme rinse for your hair, diluted with water. after shampoo (I use Dr Bonner) I pour on diluted apple cider vinegar and then rinse out (be careful to keep away from your eyes, it stings) My hair has never been softer and no chemicals! It’s Great!
