I am a big fan of coconut oil. I love eating it, and I love all the other beauty uses for it that are popping up all over the place. It has so many healthy benefits and beauty benefits.     I cannot get the coconut oil to whip. I used the electric hand mixer for about 5 minutes or more. Please tell me what you think, did I misunderstand something? Thanks Treva
